If your motherboard is from Gigabyte, ASUS, MSI or ASRock and uses an AMI BIOS, almost certainly. The app checks on launch and shows DETECTED next to each field. Boards not yet in the database still work with Manufacturer set to Any — and "Add current board" sends us the entry so we can add it.
