We collect the minimum needed to sell and support the software. This page explains what we store, why, and how to have it removed.
Data we collect
Email address, hashed password, license and device identifiers (HWID), purchase records, SMBIOS backup files you choose to sync, and support messages you send us.
Payment data
Card and wallet details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout. We receive only a transaction ID, quantity, amount and country.
Why we use it
To deliver licenses, prevent key sharing, provide support, send receipts and meet tax obligations. We do not sell data or run ad trackers.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Invoices are kept for the period required by tax law, then deleted.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data. Delete your account in settings or email us.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for login. No analytics cookies without consent.
