These terms govern your use of SMBIOS Manager and the hwsolutions.io website. By creating an account or purchasing a use you agree to them.
License grant
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use SMBIOS Manager on the number of devices your account allows.
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, share, decompile or redistribute the software or license keys, and to use it in compliance with applicable law and the terms of any third-party software or service you use.
Firmware changes
The software modifies SMBIOS values in firmware. Changes are made at your request after a review step. You accept responsibility for changes made to hardware you own or are authorised to modify.
Payments
Each use is a one-time payment of €5. Nothing renews automatically. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Termination
We may suspend licenses used in breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.
Liability
The software is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
