Refund Policy

Each use costs €5 and all sales are final. This page explains what that means and how to avoid buying something you can't use.

No refunds

We do not offer refunds on purchased uses, used or unused.

The app shows DETECTED next to every field when your board is supported. Ask on Discord if you are unsure — we will tell you before you pay.

A use is only spent when you apply a profile. Cancelling at the review step, or a run that fails before writing, does not spend it.

If you were charged twice or charged without receiving a use, open a ticket with your order ID and we will correct it.

Please contact us first. Disputed payments lead to immediate license revocation while the dispute is open.
